That link says it was available on Lost Dog promos. I think I had
heard that back when Lost Dogs was released but I'm not positive.

I think the latest info I heard is that it was rumored to have been on
a Lost Dogs release overseas but actually wasn't. I think the song was
a leak. There isn't really much official information about it.
